1. 当会は、本サービスに関して利用者様から収集した、特定の個人を識別できる情報および取引情報（以下、これらをあわせて「個人情報」といいます。）を、以下の利用目的にのみ利用いたします。法令により認められた場合を除き、あらかじめ利用者様の同意をいただくことなく、以下の目的以外で利用することはありません。

・当会のキャンペーンおよびイベントの開催のご案内のため（招待状の送付など）
・利用者様のご本人確認のため
・上記の目的に基づき、お客様に書類等を送付するため

2. 当会は、個人情報を正確・最新の内容に保つように努め、不正なアクセス、改ざん、漏えい、滅失、き損などを防止するため、現時点での技術水準に合わせた必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

3. 当会は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、ご利用者の同意をいただくことなく、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
・法令により認められた場合

4. 当会は、第1項に定める利用目的の達成のために必要な業務の全部または一部を、第三者に委託する場合がございます。なお、当会は、当該委託先を十分な個人情報のセキュリティ水準にあることを確認のうえ選定し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
利用者様が、ご自身以外の方の個人情報を当会にご提供される際には、必ずその方から、利用者様が当会に対してその方の個人情報を提供することについてご了解を頂いた上で、ご提供下さい。

1. The Association will use information collected from users through this service that can identify a specific individual, as well as transaction-related information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Information”), only for the purposes listed below. Except where permitted by law, such information will not be used for any purpose other than those stated below without the prior consent of the user.

・To inform users about campaigns and events organized by the Association (such as sending invitations)
・To verify the identity of users
・To send documents and other materials to users based on the purposes stated above

2. The Association will strive to keep Personal Information accurate and up to date, and will implement necessary and appropriate security measures in accordance with current technological standards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, loss, or damage.

3. The Association will not provide Personal Information to any third party without the user’s consent, except in the following cases.
・When permitted by applicable laws and regulations

4. The Association may outsource all or part of the operations necessary to achieve the purposes described in Article 1 to third parties. In such cases, the Association will select contractors after confirming that they maintain adequate security standards for Personal Information and will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision.
If a user provides the Association with Personal Information of a third party, the user must obtain that person’s consent in advance to provide such information to the Association.
